Sadguru Fabrics

We are based at G-2 in the Sai Khati Textile Market, right on Ring Road. Everyone knows how busy Ring Road gets, especially during the peak hours. Our shop is easy enough to find once you’re inside the market. Sadguru Fabrics is basically just a small team of us handling the daily tasks. We’ve got fabrics piled up on the shelves and sometimes on the floor too. It’s a practical space. We don't spend money on making it look like a boutique. It’s a textile market, after all. People come here to do business, not to look at the walls. We wake up early to beat the worst of the traffic on Ring Road. The market starts humming pretty quickly once the shutters go up. We spend our time measuring, cutting, and packing. It’s repetitive but it’s what keeps the lights on. We have some neighbors who have been here as long as we have. We talk about the weather or the price of things while we work. It’s a basic life but it suits us. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait it out. You get used to the quirks of the building. Sai Khati is a solid place to be. We just keep doing our thing every day. It’s not about being the biggest, just about doing what needs doing before we head home for the evening. We like the routine of the market life.
