Sab Food Express

The traffic on Ashwani Kumar Road in Surat can be quite a lot sometimes. Our place, Sab Food Express, is right there at Survey No-70 in the Tas Ni Vadi area. It’s a busy part of the city, and the road always has a lot of trucks and bikes moving through. We are located near the Sandesh Press and the Arti Computer shop. Most people around here use those places to find us. We aren't a big fancy restaurant. It’s just a practical food place. We’ve been working out of this location for a while. Ashwini Kumar Road is never really quiet, which keeps things interesting. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything. We just open up the doors every morning and get to work. The space in Tas Ni Vadi is where we do everything, from the prep work to serving the customers. We see a lot of people from the nearby businesses and houses. It’s a very local feel. We handle all the cleaning and the cooking ourselves. Surat is a city where people really enjoy their food, so we just try to be a part of that in our own small way. Being near Sandesh Press is helpful because everyone knows where that is. We don't do much in the way of promotion. We just rely on being right there on the road where people can see us. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We just keep doing our daily routine.
