We have been here at Jairam Morani Wadi for quite a while now. It is a busy little corner of Katargam Road, right near the Anath Ashram. Most days it gets pretty loud outside with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. The shop is at A-57, and if you know the Katargam area, you know how things work around here. We just go about our work every morning, opening up the shutters and seeing who comes by. It is a simple place, nothing too fancy or modern. We deal with people from the neighborhood mostly. Sometimes the weather gets really hot and the dust from the road blows in, so we spend a lot of time cleaning things off. Our spot is easy to find if you are heading towards the ashram. It feels like home to us since we spend more time here than anywhere else. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that, just this space in the wadi. It has been a long journey from when we first started out in this part of Surat. People stop in to chat or look at what we have, and that is basically how our day goes. We keep things pretty straightforward and do not try to make it more complicated than it needs to be. Just a local business trying to get things done right here in Katargam. We enjoy the local atmosphere here every single day.
