Royal Fusion

Being in Woods Square on L.P. Savani Road means we are always around a lot of people. We are at Shop Number 6. It’s quite close to the McDonald's in Adajan, so people often find us when they want something a bit different. We called it Royal Fusion because we like to mix things up a bit. It’s not just one type of food. Surat is a city that loves to eat out, so we have to stay on our toes. The shop is small but we’ve decorated it with some old photos. Sometimes the music is a bit loud but the younger crowd likes it that way. We get a lot of groups coming in after shopping in the area. It can get a bit chaotic on Saturday nights. I usually spend my time between the kitchen and the front desk. We try to keep things friendly. If a dish isn't exactly how someone likes it, we just fix it. No big deal. We’ve been in Adajan for a few years now. The traffic on L.P. Savani Road is always moving. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. It’s just us running the show every day from morning till late night. It’s a good spot to be in. We just focus on getting the orders out and making sure the tables are clean for the next person.
