This makes it a very active area with people coming and going at all hours. We are located in the Umarwada section, which is a key spot for textile shops like ours. Our shop is unit I/31. It’s a humble space where we keep all our sarees. Because we are near the station, we get a lot of travelers and commuters walking past our door. It can get very loud with the trains and the traffic, but that is part of the charm of being on Station Road. We have been here for a good amount of time now. The interior is simple, mostly just racks and shelves full of different sarees we’ve collected. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything; we just open the shop and wait for people to come in. Most of the people who visit are locals from Umarwada or people just passing through the city. It is a lot of work to keep everything folded and tidy, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop on the road, just a reliable place where you can find a saree. It’s a plain, honest business in a very busy part of town, and we keep things simple every single day.
