Rinku Fabric

Rinku Fabric is situated at shop No. 31 in the Raghunandan Market, close to the India Market on Ring Road. This part of the city is always teeming with people and vehicles. Our shop is quite small, so we have had to get creative with how we store everything. We have fabrics stacked from the floor right up to the ceiling. It can be a bit overwhelming for some people, but we know exactly where every piece is hidden. We have been operating here for a long time. I run the shop with my son, and we have one helper who has been with us for years. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. We just have a couple of stools for customers and a clear space on the counter to show the cloth. The market can be very hot and crowded, especially in the afternoons. We have a small fan that blows air around, but it doesn't do much when it’s really busy. We have a lot of regular customers who come to us because they know we are honest about what we are selling. We don't do any promotional events or big sales. We just keep our prices steady and our doors open. It’s a modest business and we are happy with how things are. We enjoy the daily routine and the familiar faces of the other shopkeepers in Raghunandan Market.
