Revathi Textiles

Our work happens at Plot 2-3, Block No 173 in Hibond Industries. It’s out in Jolva, which is quite an industrial area. When you drive out here, you see a lot of factories and large sheds. Revathi Textiles operates from this specific block. It’s a large space, which is good because we have a lot of material to move around. The floors are concrete and the ceiling is high. It gets quite loud when the machines are running nearby in the industrial zone. We don’t have a fancy reception area for guests. If you come to see us, you’ll likely find us on the floor working with the textiles. We handle everything from receiving raw materials to packing them up for transport. Jolva is a bit far from the main city, so we have to plan our days carefully so we don't forget anything. We usually bring our own food from home. The team here is small, and we’ve worked together for many years now. We know all the quirks of the building, like which light switches are a bit temperamental. It’s a very practical environment for us. We focus on the textile work and don't worry about looking corporate or polished. It’s just a solid place to get things done. We keep the large doors open for ventilation most of the time during the day. It's our workplace and we're proud of the daily effort we put into it. We stay here until the shift ends and go back to our families.
