You can find us right opposite the Surat Railway Station, inside the Embassy Hotel. It’s a very busy part of town because of all the travelers coming and going. We get a lot of people who just stepped off a train and are looking for something to eat before they head to their next stop. The noise from the station is just part of the background here. We've been operating in this spot for quite a while now. It’s a simple place, nothing too complicated about how we run things. We start early because the trains don't wait for anyone. The staff is used to the fast pace. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just the basics that a restaurant needs. Most of the time, it's just about getting the orders right and making sure people have a place to sit. Surat is a busy city, and being right by the station means we see all kinds of people. It’s interesting to see the different crowds every day. We just try to keep things moving. There isn't any big story behind us, just a local restaurant trying to serve the people who pass through this area. We handle the lunch rush and the late-night travelers too. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us going. Just look for the Embassy Hotel right across from the tracks. It is a very convenient spot for anyone in transit.
