Ramdarbar Sarees

We run Ramdarbar Sarees over on Ring Road, specifically at units 244-49. It’s a decent-sized space for what we do, but it still feels cramped when a new shipment arrives. Ring Road is the heart of the trade here, so there is never a quiet moment. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go, but we’re still here doing our thing. Our shop is pretty straightforward. We have rows of sarees tucked into bins and on racks. It isn’t some high-end boutique with soft lighting. It’s a working shop. We spend our mornings checking what came in and our afternoons dealing with whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the fans are clicking and it’s a bit hot, but that’s just how it is in this building. We don’t have a team of people to do the talking; it’s usually just us. We know our stock pretty well and where everything is hidden. If you come by, you’ll see we’re usually in the middle of sorting something out or writing down orders in our ledger. We keep things simple because that’s what we know. There’s no need for fancy talk when the work speaks for itself. We like the grit of the Ring Road area. It keeps us busy and there’s always a sense of purpose when we open up in the morning. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation for us here, nothing more and nothing less.
