If you’re looking for Punjabi Zaiqa, we’re over at Shop No 28 in the Shital Shopping Complex. It’s on Bhatar Road in Surat, right at the Turning Point. It’s a busy spot in the city. We’ve been here in this complex for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Bhatar Road. It’s not a fancy high-rise office or anything corporate. It’s just a shop in a complex where we do our work. The address is 395007. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or out front talking to the regulars. We don't have a polished way of doing things. We just do it. The complex gets quite a lot of foot traffic, and we like being part of that. There are no big "mission statements" here. We just want to get through the day and make sure the food tastes like it should. Sometimes the lights are a bit dim or the menu has a smudge, but that's just because it's a real place run by real people. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the best, we’re just here at the Turning Point. Surat is a great city for food, and we’re just happy to have our little corner on Bhatar Road. We keep things simple and try to be honest about what we do. It’s just a local business in a shopping complex. We've been here for a good while now.
