Punjabi Kadhai

Our place, Punjabi Kadhai, is on the second floor of the Safal Square building. It is located on Udhana Magadalla Road in the Vesu area of Surat. We are right across from Prime Stoppers. Being on the second floor means we are a bit away from the street noise, which is nice. Surat is a city that never really sleeps, especially in Vesu where there are so many shops and businesses. We aren't a massive establishment. It is just a medium-sized space we have set up for dining. We do not have any fancy lights or expensive carpets. It is just a clean place to sit down. We handle the daily operations ourselves. Every morning we check the supplies and get the kitchen going. It's a lot of routine work, but it keeps the business running. We see a lot of families and people who work in the nearby offices. We don't pretend to be something we are not. It's just a regular restaurant where we try to keep things simple. The elevators in the building can be slow sometimes, but people don't seem to mind the walk up. We are just glad to have a spot in such a busy part of the city. We don't have any big plans to expand or anything. We just focus on the customers who come through the door today. That is how we operate.
