If you are looking for us, we are at 532 in the New Adarsh Market on the Ring Road. As the name says, we focus on sarees. We have stacks of them everywhere. It takes a long time to learn how to fold them back up perfectly after showing them to a customer. I’m still not as fast as some of the others who work here. Our shop is right in the middle of all the action in the market. There is always someone walking by or a delivery guy trying to push a cart through the narrow aisles. It gets quite loud, especially in the afternoons. We have all sorts of sarees, from plain ones for every day to much heavier ones that people wear to big parties. We don't really do the whole 'high-end' boutique thing. We just have a lot of variety and we try to be fair with everyone who walks through the door. Usually, we are here from morning until quite late in the evening. There isn't much space to sit down, so we are on our feet most of the day. It’s tiring, but we are used to it by now. The Ring Road is always a mess with traffic, so we tend to just stay put until the rush dies down. It’s a decent way to make a living and we’ve met all sorts of people. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
