Pizza Zone

Our spot is at Safal Square on University Road, specifically on the upper ground floor at unit number one. Being in Vesu means we are right in the thick of things in Surat. Across the road is Happy Residency, which we use as a landmark when people call asking where we are because that building is pretty tall. It’s a busy area, lots of people moving back and forth to the university nearby. The daily grind starts with opening up the heavy shutters and getting the kitchen prepped. It gets pretty humid here in Surat, so some days feel much longer than others when the ovens are running full blast in the back. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can. Safal Square is a decent building, though the parking can get a bit crowded on weekends when everyone is out. We spend a lot of time just managing the orders and making sure the kitchen is kept clean. There isn't much to say about us other than we’re a local business trying to make a living. We’ve got our regulars from the nearby apartments who drop in when they don't feel like cooking at home. The street noise is constant, with bikes and cars zooming down University Road all day long. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand, like chopping vegetables or checking the dough. It’s simple work, really. We've been at this address for a bit now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood.
