You can find us at units 8, 9, and 10 in the Sanai Residency, located in the Adajan Dn area of Surat. We are right near Parshuram Garden and the C M Residency, so there’s always families and kids around, especially in the evenings when the sun goes down. The shop has been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We spend most of our mornings getting everything ready for the day ahead. There’s a lot of chopping and cleaning that happens before we even open the doors to the public. Our space isn't fancy, just a functional kitchen where we spend most of our hours. You can hear the sounds of the garden nearby if the wind is right. We have a few simple tables for people who want to stay, but a lot of our work is for the people living right here in the residency. It gets busy during the dinner hour, with the phone ringing and the delivery bikes coming in and out. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three orders come in at once. We’re just regular people working hard in Adajan, making sure the food is ready when people want it. It’s a lot of the same thing every day, but we like the routine of it. We just focus on the kitchen and the customers, keeping things simple and honest.
