Pizza Point

We have been running Pizza Point out of 1, Kazi Apartment for quite some time now. It is located on Nargoriwad Road in Surat, right near the Rampura Petrol Pump. That landmark makes it easy for most people to find us without needing a map or directions. The shop is on the ground level, so it’s easy to just walk in from the street. Surat is a busy city and this area has its own rhythm that we've grown used to. We open up the shop every morning and start by cleaning the floors and wiping down the prep tables. It’s a small team, mostly just me and two other guys working the shifts. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything. Everything happens right here in this one room. The 395003 area gets pretty crowded in the evenings when people are heading home from work. We usually see the same faces every week, which is nice. We aren’t trying to be the biggest place in town. We just want to keep the equipment running and the kitchen clean for the next day. The heat from the ovens can be intense, but we’re used to it after all this time. We keep a simple schedule and don’t overcomplicate things. It’s just a matter of doing the work and making sure the supplies don’t run out. We appreciate the people who stop by after filling up their tanks. It’s a straightforward life in Surat. We just keep moving.
