You can find us on the 2nd floor of the Millennium Market, shop number H-4451. Ring Road is always a chaotic place with all the porters and tempo trucks. Our shop is right in the middle of that textile hub. It's not a huge space, but we pack it full with all sorts of textiles. We spend most of our time talking to traders who come through the market. Sometimes it’s so loud outside you can barely hear yourself think. We’ve been here since this wing of the market opened up. It’s a lot of stairs to climb if the lift is acting up, which happens more often than we’d like. We don’t really decorate the place. It’s just shelves and shelves of cloth. We keep a ledger for everything because the old ways still work for us. The afternoon sun hits the front window pretty hard, so it gets warm. We usually have tea delivered a couple of times a day from the guy downstairs. Most people who come here are looking for specific materials for their own shops or small factories. We don’t have a website or do social media. We just wait for people to stop by or call us on the landline. It’s how business is done on Ring Road. We’ve made a lot of friends in the market over the years. It is a good community to be part of.
