You can find us at the International Business Center on Piplod Main Road. We’re in unit 110. Running a restaurant in Surat is a lot of work, and we’re right in the middle of it here in Choryasi. The kitchen is usually the loudest part of the day, with everyone moving around trying to get orders out. It’s a busy road outside, so we get a lot of people passing by. We wanted a place that felt real, not like those overly polished spots you see in the malls. The tables are simple, the menu is what we like to eat, and the staff are mostly local folks. We spend a lot of time talking to the vegetable guys and the meat suppliers to make sure we have what we need for the day. Sometimes we run out of something because it was a busy night, and we just have to tell people. That’s how it goes when you’re not a big chain. We’ve had our share of leaks and broken equipment, but we fix it and keep going. It’s a lifestyle, really. You’re always thinking about the next meal or the next customer. If you’re near Piplod, you’ve probably seen our sign. We’re just a local restaurant doing our best to serve decent food to the people around here. It’s not always easy, but we enjoy the bustle of the lunchtime rush and the evening crowds.
