Parekhs Cloud Kitchen Private Limited

Parekhs Cloud Kitchen Private Limited is on the 6th floor of Tower-4 in Rangila Park, at Flat-602. We are located right on Ghod Dod Road, which is a very busy part of the city. Being on the 6th floor is a bit different for a kitchen, but it works for us. We don't have any space for customers to sit and eat because we are strictly a cloud kitchen. All of our orders come through the internet and go out with delivery riders. Because Ghod Dod Road is always so full of traffic, there is a constant stream of bikes waiting downstairs. We spend our whole shift cooking and then sending the bags down the elevator. It gets very hot in the flat with the stoves running all the time, especially during the summer months. We have to be very organized so that we don't get in each other's way in the kitchen area. Most of the staff are local guys who are used to the fast pace of the work. We chose this spot in Rangila Park because it lets us reach a lot of different neighborhoods quickly. We don't have a fancy reception or a sign out front. If you came up to the 6th floor, you would just find a busy kitchen and a lot of cooking smells. It is a very direct business without any extra frills. We just cook the food and get it out the door.
