Pack Paper Agencies

We are located in the Empire State Building on Ring Road, specifically in room 512. It’s a busy building and the elevator can be slow during the lunch hour. Pack Paper Agencies deals with all kinds of paper products. We spend most of our time talking to suppliers and local shops that need stock. Ring Road is always crowded, so getting deliveries in and out takes some planning. The office is usually stacked with samples and rolls of different paper types. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We’ve been here for a bit now and have seen the area change. People come to us when they need specific weights or sizes of paper that they can’t find easily. We don’t do any of the manufacturing here, it’s all about the agency side of things. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing all morning. It’s a lot of coordination between the warehouses and the customers. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency, just one that actually answers the phone when people call. If you are around the Empire State Building, you might see us hauling samples down to the lobby for a quick look. It’s basic work but it keeps the lights on. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the orders are right before they leave the building.
