Once More Restaurant

We are located on the ground floor of Swastik House in Piplod. It is a good spot because it is right across from the Bank of India at Kargil Chowk. If you are walking around Surat near the chowk, you will probably see our sign. The restaurant is a straightforward place to get a meal. We have been serving the local community here for some time now. People come in for lunch during their break or bring their families in the evening when they don't feel like cooking at home. The area gets quite busy, especially with all the shops and banks around us. We keep the place open and ready for whoever walks in. The seating is simple and we don't go in for anything too flashy. It is just about having a place to sit and eat. My staff and I spend most of our time between the kitchen and the front. We know a lot of the regulars who come by every week. It feels like a normal part of the neighborhood. Sometimes the street outside is blocked up with cars, but that is just Piplod for you. We just focus on getting the food out and making sure the tables are wiped down after everyone leaves. It is honest work and we enjoy being part of the daily life here in this corner of Surat. There isn't much more to it than that.
