Nova Restaurant

Nova Restaurant is located at Rudraksh Avenue, right on Parvat Patia Road here in Surat. We’ve been operating in this part of Parvat Patia for some time now. It’s a busy road so we see a lot of people passing through on their way to work or home. The place is just a regular restaurant where you can sit down and have a meal without any fuss. We keep the floor swept and the tables wiped down. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who handle the cooking and the serving tasks. Surat has a lot of places to eat, but we try to keep our prices where regular working people can afford them easily. The menu has a bit of everything we know how to cook well. It’s not a fancy fusion place or anything like that. Just honest food for hungry people. Sometimes the traffic on Parvat Patia Road makes it a bit noisy outside, but once you're inside, it’s fine. We get a lot of families coming in on their way home in the evenings. We don't spend money on big ads or glossy flyers. Most people find us because they live nearby or work in one of the many shops on the avenue. We just do our work, close up at night, and start again the next day. It’s a steady rhythm for us.
