Navratna Overseas

Navratna Overseas operates from D-124 and 125 in Vishal Nagar, right near the Adajan Circle. Being near the circle means there is a constant flow of traffic and people outside. We have two units side by side, which gives us enough room to handle our overseas business. One side is mostly for the desks and the computers, and the other side is for storage and packing. We deal with people in different time zones, so sometimes we are here very early or quite late in the evening. The walls are a bit plain, decorated only with a few calendars and some charts we need for work. We have a small staff, and we’ve all been working together for a long time. It’s a busy environment where the phone is always ringing. We don't really have time for anything fancy. We just make sure the orders are processed and the shipments are on time. Adajan Road is a lively place to be, and we often step out to get snacks from the street vendors nearby. The office can get a bit cluttered with samples and documents, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical workspace for a practical business. We don't try to impress anyone; we just do the work that needs doing. There is always something that needs to be packed and labeled.
