You can find Mahipal G Vansia at 215 Sachin Station Bazar in the Krishna Complex. Being right by the station means it is never really quiet here. You can hear the trains coming and going all day long, and the market downstairs is always full of people buying vegetables or clothes. Our office is up on the second floor, and it is a basic setup. We have got some old wooden chairs for visitors and a big calendar on the wall that we use to mark down meetings. Dealing with property in the Sachin area keeps us pretty occupied. We spend a lot of time walking around the bazar or meeting people near the station entrance to show them around. The stairs in Krishna Complex are a bit steep, so we usually warn people to take their time coming up. It is not a corporate environment at all. It is just a place where we keep our registers and talk to folks about rents or land prices. Sometimes the power goes out for a few minutes in the afternoon, and we just sit and wait for it to come back on while watching the crowd below. It is a very practical way to spend the day. We are just local people working in a local spot, trying to keep up with everything happening in the station bazar area.
