Our office is tucked away in the MK Chamber on Varachha Road. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets behind the Gitanjali Petrol Pump. There are always scooters and trucks moving around, making a lot of noise. We spend most of our time dealing with crates and tracking where things are going. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists to make sure nothing gets lost. Sometimes the shipments arrive late because of the traffic or some delay at the port, and we just have to deal with it. The office isn't very big, mostly just desks and a lot of samples lying around on the shelves. We’ve been in Varachha for a long time, so we are used to the pace here. It’s a lot of work to keep things moving in and out, but we have a small team that knows what they are doing. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything, people usually find us by looking for the petrol pump first. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, but the fan keeps us going. We just try to keep the paperwork straight and make sure the goods get to where they are supposed to be. It’s just a normal trading business, nothing too complicated. We drink a lot of chai and keep the phones busy all day. Most of us have been here for years. There is a small stall down the street where we usually get our lunch.
