Rabadiya Dilip

This is Rabadiya Dilip. My place is situated at 41558 Varachha Road, inside Sagar Society. The building is called Vishwanjali. We are just off the main Pune Mumbai Road, not far from the old Spinning Mill. It’s a location that sees a lot of heavy traffic because of the main road nearby, but once you turn into the society, it gets a little bit quieter. I’ve been here for quite some time now. The workspace is part of a larger area where I live and work. It’s nothing like those fancy offices you see in the movies. It’s got concrete floors and basic lighting. I spend most of my hours here, either on the phone or working with my hands. Being near the Spinning Mill is a good landmark for people who aren't familiar with Varachha Road. I don’t have a website or anything like that; I just rely on people knowing me and the work I do. My day usually starts before the sun gets too hot. I have my tea, check my tasks, and get started. It’s a very simple existence. There’s no corporate hierarchy here. If there is a problem, I fix it. If a customer has a question, they talk directly to me. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of running a business. If you’re driving down the Pune Mumbai Road, look for the society entrance.
