We are located at 7 Ghod Dod Road, right behind Shivshakti Sweets. If you know that sweet shop, we’re just a short walk around the corner. The office is over in the 395007 area of Surat. It’s a fairly small space with a few desks and some chairs for visitors. We deal with families who are looking for matches, so it can get a bit emotional or tense sometimes. It’s not a fancy corporate office. We have files stacked up and some old calendars on the wall. Running a place like this means listening to a lot of stories and trying to remember everyone’s preferences. We don't use any fancy algorithms or high-tech systems. It's mostly just us talking to people and making notes. The traffic on Ghod Dod Road is usually pretty bad, so we’re used to the sound of horns outside our window. Sometimes people come in without an appointment and we have to scramble to find a place for them to sit. We’ve been doing this for a while and have seen many people come through these doors. It’s honest work, even if it’s a bit messy at times. We don't make big promises. We just look through what we have and see if anything fits. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. No big marketing budgets here, just a phone that rings a lot and some tea for whoever drops by to talk.
