Mr Egg Multi Cuisine Egg Restaurant

If you know where the Shell petrol pump is on L P Savani Road, you've probably seen our sign. We're right near Khodiyar Chowk here in Adajan. We really like eggs, so that's mostly what we do. It’s funny how many ways you can cook an egg when you really think about it. We started small and just kept adding things to the list. The restaurant isn't very fancy. We have basic tables and the floor is just plain tile. It’s easy to clean that way. Surat gets busy, and this road is no exception. We get a lot of people stopping by after they fill up their tanks. Sometimes we get a bit backed up when everyone wants an omelet at the same time. The stove only has so many burners. Our cooks work fast though. We don't use a lot of fancy words for our dishes. It is what it is. A lot of students come here because it’s not too expensive. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go over the years. Some people have been eating here since we first opened the doors. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. It’s just us in the kitchen and one person out front. We keep things simple because that's what works for us. If you’re around Adajan and want something quick, we’re usually here. We just try to make sure the eggs are cooked right every single time.
