It is right opposite Satyam Nagar, so most locals know the spot pretty well. The shop isn't huge, but we have enough space for what we do. We have been in this building for a long time. The floors are a bit worn from people coming in and out, but we like it that way. It shows the place is used. We don't have those bright, blinding lights you see in the big malls. It’s more of a local feel here. Usually, someone is sitting behind the counter waiting for a customer to walk through the door. We spend our days looking at the pieces and keeping the displays clean. Udhna is a busy part of town, especially near Satyam Nagar. There is always noise from the street, but once you step inside the Jk Building, it settles down a bit. We are just regular people running a shop. There are no corporate suits or long meetings here. We just focus on the jewelry and the people who come to see it. Sometimes we talk to the neighbors or the other shop owners in the building. It’s a small community. If you need to find us, just look for the G/31/32 sign. We’re usually there from morning until the evening. It is a simple place where we take care of business and talk to our neighbors while we work.
