Mogjis Multi Cuisine Restaurant

Our place, Mogjis Multi Cuisine Restaurant, is located in Piplod, right at Shop No. 280. If you know Surat, you know how busy Piplod can get. We are right beside the ICICI Bank Piplod branch, which helps people find us. Also, Kargil Chok is very close by. It is a busy intersection. The traffic noise is something we are used to now. We spend most of our time inside the shop getting things ready. It’s a multi-cuisine place so there is always a lot to handle. We don’t really do anything fancy with the decor. It is just a functional space for people to sit. Being in the 395007 zip code means we see all sorts of people from the neighborhood. Some are coming from the bank and some are just passing through the Chok. We have been at this address for some time. Every morning we open up and check the supplies. The staff is mostly local guys. We talk about the weather or the traffic mostly. It gets really crowded in the evenings when everyone is out in Piplod. We just keep things moving as fast as we can. It is a simple job of running a restaurant in a busy part of town. No big stories here, just the daily work at shop 280. We just stay focused on the tasks in the kitchen and the tables. Every day we just follow the same routine and keep the place open for whoever walks in to eat.
