Ming Kitchen

You will find Ming Kitchen right besides the Bank of India at Kargil Chowk. It is a very busy part of Piplod in Surat. Most people know the area because of Dumas Road which always has cars going back and forth. We are located right opposite Swastik House. Our kitchen is usually a bit loud because we are constantly cooking something or other. The staff here has been together for a while and we just do our work without making a big fuss about things. It gets quite crowded around here in the evenings when everyone is out and about in Piplod. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and getting ready for the next day. The building is simple and doesn't have a lot of fancy signs. We just put out our name so people can find us when they are walking by the bank. Sometimes the traffic at Kargil Chowk makes it hard to park, but people seem to figure it out. We aren't trying to be a big chain or anything like that. It is just a local spot where we make food and try to keep things moving. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years with more buildings coming up around us. We just stay in our corner and keep the stove going. If you are near Dumas Road, you will probably see our sign. It's a plain place but it works for us and the neighbors.
