Mercury Food

We operate out of a space in Koteshwar Nagar on Sahar Road. It’s a busy part of Andheri East, so there is always noise from the traffic and the planes overhead. We mostly focus on preparing food for orders. The kitchen area takes up most of the room, and it can get really hot when all the burners are going at once. We’ve been at this Kadodara location for some time now. It’s not a place for a sit-down meal. There are stacks of containers and bags of rice piled up near the entrance. We have a small staff of three people who are usually moving pretty fast to get everything done. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the back door squeaks every time it opens. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and know we are here on Sahar Road. It’s a lot of hard work and the hours are long, especially in the mornings when we are prepping the ingredients. We just try to keep things organized so we don't lose track of the orders. The sink is always full of pots that need washing. The Sahar Road area is always on the move, so we just try to keep up as best as we can without making too many mistakes with the orders. It is a bit hectic, but we manage.
