Lime & Chillys

We started Lime & Chillys here at the Ahura Shopping Centre quite a while back. It’s right on the Adajan Cross Road, so there is always people moving around and a lot of traffic outside. Most days, we just focus on getting things ready before the lunch rush starts. The weather in Surat gets really hot, so people come in looking for something to eat and a bit of shade. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s a simple spot. We spend a lot of time checking the kitchen supplies and making sure the tables are wiped down properly. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the front entrance for a few minutes, which is annoying but that's just how it is in this part of Adajan Dn. We know most of the people who walk by every day. Some stop to chat, others are just in a hurry to get to work. We try to keep things moving. It’s not a big corporate operation, just a few of us working together to keep the doors open. We usually close up late in the evening once the street lights are all on. If you are around the cross road, you’ll see our sign. It’s been there for a bit now. We don't spend money on big ads because word of mouth usually does the job for us. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing every day. We hope people find what they need and go about their business.
