Landmark Restaurant

We have been running Landmark Restaurant here at Adajan Gam for a while now. Our spot is in the Western Corridor building, specifically shops 105 and 106. It is right at the cross road in Adajan Dn, so you can't really miss it if you are in the area. We are just a local place where families from around Surat come to have a meal. It is not one of those fancy places with valets and silk curtains. We just have regular tables and chairs and a kitchen that stays pretty busy. Sometimes the floor gets a little scuffed from all the foot traffic, but we try to keep it clean. The neighborhood is usually bustling, and we get a lot of noise from the cross road outside. It feels real, though. We do not have some big corporate mission statement or anything like that. We just show up, open the shutters, and start cooking. Most of our staff live nearby, so they know the people who come in. We have seen kids grow up coming here with their parents. It is a bit cramped when it gets busy on Sunday nights, but people don't seem to mind much. We just do our best to get the food out hot. If you are walking around Adajan Dn and get hungry, we are right there in the corridor. It is just a simple, local restaurant. We've been here for years.
