People usually find us by looking for the Adajan Gam Cross Road. We’re tucked away on the first floor of the Western Corridor building right on Hazira Road. It’s a busy spot in Surat. Most days start pretty early for us, getting things ready before the lunch rush kicks in. It’s not a very fancy setup, but it works for what we do. We’ve been here in Adajan Dn for some time now. Some people complain about the stairs, but once they sit down and eat, they seem okay. The kitchen stays hot, especially in the afternoons. We try to keep things simple. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure plates get out on time. The noise from the road downstairs is always there, but you get used to it after a week or so. It’s mostly locals who drop in, maybe some workers from the nearby offices. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure nobody leaves hungry. There isn't much to say about the decor, it’s just tables and chairs like any other place. If you're driving down Hazira Road, you’ll see the sign. We’ve had some regulars for years who know exactly what they want before they even sit down. It’s nice to see familiar faces in a city as big as Surat. We just keep doing our thing day after day. One plate at a time.
