Kagzi Sons

We are located over in Sahjananda Society in the Katargam area. Our family has been around here for quite a while. The shop is a bit tucked away compared to the main road businesses. We don't have a big neon sign or anything like that. People usually find us because they live nearby or their neighbors told them about us. It's a quiet neighborhood for the most part, except when the kids are coming home from school. We mostly deal with local folks who need stuff for their houses or daily use. The shelves are packed with all sorts of things we’ve gathered over the years. We keep the place clean, but there’s always a bit of clutter because we have so much stock. Sometimes we sit out front on a plastic stool when business is slow. We know most of the families around here. It’s not like those big stores in the malls where nobody knows your name. Here, we chat about the weather or the price of groceries. We use a simple ceiling fan that squeaks a little bit. It’s been there since we opened. We don't change things much because we like the way they are. Kagzi Sons isn't a huge operation. It’s just a few of us making sure everything is in order. We open the shutters early and close up when it gets dark. It’s a steady way to live for us in this part of Surat.
