Indian Huts Garden Restaurant

Indian Huts Garden Restaurant is located on Pal Hazira Road, right near Adajan Road in Surat. We are pretty easy to find because we are right opposite L P Savani Farm in the 395009 area. It is an open kind of place, which fits the name. I spent a lot of time getting the garden area to look right, though it is always a work in progress with the weather here in Surat. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local spot that we run ourselves. People like coming here because it feels a bit more open than the crowded city streets. We do not have a fancy office or a marketing department. If you call, you will probably just talk to me or one of the guys working the shift. We stay busy keeping the plants alive and the tables clean. Adajan Road can get quite a bit of traffic, but once you get inside, it is a bit more relaxed. We have been here for a good while and have seen the neighborhood grow around us. We do not try to be anything special, just a place to get a meal and sit for a bit. It is a lot of manual work, from carrying supplies to fixing things when they break, but we don't mind it. It is our way of life and it keeps us on our feet throughout the day and into the evening.
