Indian Curry Restaurant

Indian Curry Restaurant is situated at M/5 in the Amrutdhara Apartment on Ghoddod Road. Surat is a big city, but this little corner of the 395007 area is where we spend all our time. We aren't part of some big company; it is just a small setup we have here. Ghoddod Road is usually quite lively, so there is always something to look at out the window. We moved into Amrutdhara Apartment because it felt like a good spot for the locals to reach us. I spend my mornings getting things ready before we open up. We do not have a fancy website or a lot of bells and whistles. It is just a plain room with some tables and a kitchen in the back. People from the apartments nearby come in quite a bit, which is nice because we have gotten to know them over the months. We do not really do the whole corporate service thing. We just talk to people like normal and get them what they need. Some days the traffic on Ghoddod Road makes it hard to park, but people still find their way to us. It is a simple life running a restaurant like this. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep everything running smoothly without making it too complicated. We don't have uniforms or anything, just our regular clothes and a desire to keep the shop open.
