Hasmukh Sanket Dhosa

Running Hasmukh Sanket Dhosa keeps us on our feet all day. We are located at Kadodara Satellite 1 and that is where we do all the cooking. The stove stays hot most of the time because there is always something to prepare. It is a local place and we see a lot of the same faces every week. We started this because we know how to make food that people around here like to eat. It gets quite hot in the kitchen especially when it is busy but we are used to it by now. The area around Satellite 1 is a good place to be. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and getting the ingredients ready for the next batch of batter. There are no fancy decorations here just the tables and the cooking area where the work happens. Sometimes the batter is just right and sometimes we have to adjust things. That is just how cooking goes. We don't have a big team just a few of us making sure things are done. People come in and they know what to expect when they see the sign. We aren't trying to be anything special we just want to keep the shop going. It is hard work and the hours are long but that is the life of a food business. We will be here at Kadodara Satellite 1 if anyone is looking for us. We just serve the food and keep the plates moving. It's what we do.
