Gurukrupa Fast Food

Gurukrupa Fast Food is situated in Katargam, just off the Link Road near Chincholi Bunder. It is a busy little corner. We have the stove going almost all day long. The sound of the oil sizzling is pretty constant. We make things fast because people around here are usually in a hurry. They are either going to work or heading back home. The menu is just written on a board on the wall. We don't have fancy printed menus or anything like that. Sometimes we run out of napkins and have to run to the store next door. The chairs are plastic and we have a few tables out front. It gets a bit hot near the fryers, so we keep the doors wide open. Chincholi Bunder is a lively area and we get all sorts of people coming through. We aren't a big chain restaurant. It’s just a few of us cooking and serving. We try to keep the counters wiped down, but with the fast food, it stays pretty busy. The floor has some stains that won't come out, but it's clean enough. We just focus on getting the food out to the people who are waiting. It’s a simple setup for anyone who needs a quick bite while they’re on the move in Katargam. We don't put on any acts, it's just fast food for hungry folks. That is what we do here.
