Grill Bar Llp is located right in Kapodra, specifically at Krishna Diamond Park. If you know where Radha Hospital is, we are basically right below it in Shops 3 and 4. It’s a busy little corner of Surat. We spend a lot of our time making sure things are prepped and ready. It’s not the biggest place, but it works for us. Kapodra is always full of people moving around, so there’s never a dull moment. We opened this spot because we wanted to be part of the local scene here. It’s not a big corporate chain. It’s just us. Most days, we are busy cleaning, organizing, or dealing with deliveries. The hospital upstairs means there’s always activity nearby. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic on the main road, but you get used to it. We don't have a long list of goals or anything. We just want to keep the shop open and do our jobs well. We’ve been at Krishna Diamond Park for a while now. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses, so we all kind of look out for each other. It’s a practical setup. We have what we need to get through the day. No fancy decorations or anything. Just the basics. If you're around the Kapodra area, you'll see us there. We often stay late to make sure everything is locked up right.
