Ganesh Pan Centre

Ganesh Pan Centre is located at Varachha Road 17, and I’ve been the one behind the counter here for as long as I can remember. This part of Varachha Road is always moving, with bikes and cars zooming past at all hours. My shop is just a small slice of the street, really. I keep the front area clean, though the dust from the road makes it a constant job. Inside, I’ve got everything laid out on the wooden shelves. It’s a bit dark in the back of the shop, but I know exactly where everything is without even looking. I don't have a big team or anything; it’s mostly just me taking care of the customers who stop by. Some of them are in a real hurry, barely saying a word, while others like to lean on the counter and talk about their day. I don’t mind either way. I’ve got a small radio that I keep on low volume just to have some background noise while I work. It’s a practical kind of business. I don't spend money on decorations that don't need to be there. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but for now, they do just fine. Being at number 17 means I’m right in the middle of the action, which keeps things interesting. It’s a simple routine of opening up, serving the neighborhood, and locking the gate when the sun goes down. That's my day-to-day life here.
