You can find us at A 45 in the Bhagya Laxmi Society. We are located near Piplod Jakatnaka on the Surat Dumas Road. It’s a busy part of Surat, but once you get inside the society, it quietens down a bit. Essar has been here for a long time. Our office is a straightforward space. We don’t have expensive furniture or any of those modern office perks. It’s just a place to work. We have our desks, some old cupboards for files, and a few chairs for when people stop by. The air conditioner works hard in the summer because Surat gets incredibly hot. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background. Most of us have been working together for years, so it feels a bit like a second home. We don't have big meetings or corporate retreats. We just talk about what needs to be done over a cup of tea. The Dumas Road is always full of energy, and sometimes we walk out there just to see what’s going on or to grab some snacks. It’s a very local, grounded environment. We don't use big words to explain ourselves. We are just a group of people at a specific address in Surat doing our daily work. It’s not fancy, but it is real, and it’s how we like to do things.
