We are located at G5/13 in the Nandniketan township, which is part of the Essar setup in Hazira, Surat. Being in a township is quite different from working in the city center. It’s much more planned and quiet. Our office is basically a ground-floor unit that we have set up for our daily work. It doesn’t feel like a corporate headquarters at all. It feels more like a community office. We have our computers and some filing cabinets, and not much else. We don’t see the need for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We are here to work, and the current setup works just fine for us. We walk to work most days since we live nearby, which is a nice change from the usual city commute. The atmosphere in Hazira is very industrial, but Nandniketan itself is quite green and peaceful. We spend our hours doing the usual office tasks—checking lists, responding to queries, and keeping things in order. We don't have a marketing department here. It’s just a few of us who have known each other for years. We don’t use complicated language or have big meetings. We just sit together and get the job done. When the day ends, we just lock up and head out. It’s a very straightforward and honest way to spend our working hours. We like the simplicity of it all.
