Our office is in the Shashank Park Apartment building, specifically in Flat No F 101. We are located in Adajan, which is a very busy part of Surat these days. We go by the name Essar. It’s an apartment setup, so it feels a bit more like a home than those cold, grey office buildings you see downtown. We have our desks set up in the main rooms where there’s enough light. It’s comfortable enough for what we need to get done. Adajan has everything close by, so grabbing a quick lunch or running an errand is never a problem for us. We’ve been operating from this flat for a good while. It’s not exactly where you’d expect a business office, but we aren't a big corporate firm with a lot of money to waste. We’re just a small group of people trying to stay organized and get our work finished on time. We don't have a receptionist sitting at a desk or a fancy lobby for people to wait in. If the doorbell rings, one of us just gets up and answers it. The neighbors in the building are nice, mostly families living their lives and going to school. We try to keep the noise down so we don't bother anyone nearby. It’s just a practical way for us to work. Surat is a fast-moving city, but inside F 101, things stay pretty steady and calm.
