Essar Group

Our main office for the Essar Group is tucked away inside the Police Complex over in Sector-17. Chandigarh is a very organized city with all its sectors, but finding unit number 08 can still be a bit tricky if you are not familiar with the layout of the complex. We have been in this particular spot for quite a few years now. It is a relatively quiet area compared to the busy market sectors nearby, which actually helps us get our paperwork done without too much noise. We handle a lot of the group's administrative tasks from this location. The office itself is nothing special, just some sturdy desks, tall filing cabinets, and a few chairs that have seen better days. We usually keep a small radio playing in the corner while we sort through the daily mail and records. Since we are in Sector-17, we are close to the heart of the city, so it is easy to run errands when we need to. Sometimes we head out to the local food stalls for a quick lunch. It is a small team working here, so we all know each other pretty well. We do not have a big lobby with glass walls or fancy lights. It is just a place where we sit down and handle the regular business for the group. Some days the phone rings constantly and other days it is very peaceful. We just take the work as it comes and try to stay organized.
