Dev Restaurant

Our restaurant is found at Raj Empire on Ved Road in Surat. The specific units are 101/102 in the A/13 block. We are situated within the Mangal Group Society area near Pandol. It’s a lively part of the city with many people living and working nearby. We decided to open this place to serve the local community and the workers who pass by every day. It isn't a large establishment, just a regular shop where you can get a meal. We have some tables and chairs arranged in a simple way. There is no air conditioning, just the ceiling fans that run all day long. We start our work quite early to prepare for the lunch crowd. Many residents from the society come in regularly, so we know most of our customers by their faces. It feels more like a neighborhood kitchen than a formal business. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or branding. We just focus on the cooking and making sure there is enough for everyone. The street outside is often crowded with scooters and delivery trucks. It gets quite hot in Surat, especially in the afternoons, but we just get on with it. We have been at this location for a few years and it has become our daily routine. It’s just a small family-run operation trying to provide honest food to the people on Ved Road.
