Cine Fast Food

Cine Fast Food is over at Varachha Road, specifically in the Gangappa Layout, plots 51 and 52. It’s a fast food joint, so things are usually pretty hectic in the evenings. We have a small kitchen area where most of the work happens. It gets really hot back there when we have the fryers going and the stove is on full heat. I spend most of my time taking orders and trying to keep the counter clean. We don't have much space for people to sit down, so most of our business is just people picking up food to take home to their families. The road outside is always packed with vehicles, and the noise is just something we’ve gotten used to over the years. We keep a stack of napkins and some sauces out for people to grab. Sometimes we run out of change in the drawer and have to ask the neighbor shop for some coins. That's just how it is here. The menu is simple and we don't change it much because people like what they like. At the end of the night, we have to scrub the floors and clean all the grease off the walls, which takes a while. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We just try to get the food out as fast as we can without making too many mistakes on the orders. It’s just us making food every day.
