You can find us at 459081 Bhagal Bpattharwala Mansion. It’s one of those older buildings with a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you're not used to them. Arvindbhai Gandabhai started this and we’ve kept the Chapatwala name going because it’s what people know. The office is tucked away in a corner of the mansion. It’s got high ceilings and those big old windows that let in a lot of light during the afternoon. We don’t have much in the way of modern furniture. Most of the desks are old wood that’s been polished smooth by years of use. There’s usually a stack of files on every flat surface, but we know where everything is. The neighborhood is always lively. You can hear the vendors calling out on the street below. We usually start our day around nine and keep going until the sun starts to set. We don’t do much in the way of promotion. If you need us, you usually know where to find us or you ask someone in Bhagal. It’s a very traditional way of working, I suppose. We don't use much technology besides the basics. We prefer to write things down and keep physical records of what we do. It’s worked for us for a long time and we don't see much reason to change it now. We just focus on the work at hand.
