We are located at Plot No-572 in Pandesara. It is the G.I.D.C. area, so there are factories everywhere. We are right next to Manish Dyeing. Sometimes you can smell the dyes when the wind blows the right way. Bhagwati Syntex Pvt. Ltd. has been here for quite some time. The building is a bit old, but it works for what we do. We have some machines inside that keep us busy all day. The floor is concrete and has some cracks, but it's okay. Workers come in early and leave late. There’s a tea stall down the street where everyone goes for a break. It's nothing special, just a workplace. We try to keep the machinery running well. If a belt breaks, we fix it ourselves. The trucks come and go from the gate all week. It gets a bit crowded on the road sometimes. We have some storage in the back for the rolls of material. The office is small and usually has too many papers on the desks. We don't spend much time worrying about how things look as long as the work is getting done. Pandesara is a busy spot for this kind of thing. It's loud mostly. We just keep our heads down and do the job. That is how it goes here every day. The morning shift starts at eight sharp. We’ve been through a lot of rainy seasons here together.
