Bahgwati Jewellers

Our shop, Bahgwati Jewellers, is at 2 Varachha Road, inside the Kanhaiya Complex. We are right by the 12th cross. If you are driving down Varachha Road, you know it can be a bit of a struggle with all the traffic, but we have been here a long time. The shop itself is pretty modest. We have some glass cases where we show the items we have. It’s a family business, so you’ll usually find one of us sitting behind the counter. We have a few small stools for customers to sit on. It isn't a high-end showroom with private rooms and fancy lighting. It’s just a neighborhood jewelry shop. We get a lot of people from the nearby apartments who come in when they need a small repair or want to buy something for a birthday. During the wedding season, it gets a bit more crowded, and we have to bring in extra chairs. The Kanhaiya Complex is an older building, but it’s well-known in this part of town. We try to keep things simple and honest. We don’t do big TV ads or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use the backup lights, which makes the gold look a bit different, but we manage. It’s a steady life on a busy road. We just try to help folks find what they need without any fuss.
